Cairns Baptist Young Adults is a group for anyone over the age of 18-25ish yrs who seek fellowship with Christians of a similar age. The group is all about getting to know those others in the church that have left school and are at Uni, working or taking a big gap year/s and seeing the things that everyone has in common.
Our goal is simple, to enable young adults who worship at Cairns Baptist Church, to make connections with other young adults in the church.
There are planned activities, informal activities, regular bible studies, worship times, and just hanging out times where we connect with each other and build friendships. It is a place where we are challenged spiritually, where God changes us and where God uses us to rise up within the church and rise up to see our generation follow Jesus Christ.
